《环球时报》英文版(Global Times)即将创刊，每周一至周五出版。现面向全球招聘以下各岗位的人才并提供具有竞争力的薪酬待遇：
一、网络管理员(两名)
1.计算机专业本科以上学历;
2.熟悉存储器，了解服务器机群;
3.了解csico交换机、电话程控机;
4.英语大学四级以上;
5.能长期上夜班并承受较大工作压力。
二、美编(两名)
1.熟悉Photoshop、illustrater、indesign等软件;
2.熟悉排版软件;
3.有平面媒体工作经验;
4.英语大学四级以上;
5.能长期上夜班并承受较大工作压力;
6.熟悉方正飞腾系统者优先考虑。
三、发行部主任(1名)
1.大学本科及以上学历，30周岁以上，英语口语流利者优先考虑;
2.具有3年以上报纸相关发行渠道的工作经历及业绩。
四、特殊渠道发行经理(若干名)
1.大学本科及以上学历，25周岁以上，男女不限;
2.具有3年以上航空、机场、车站、酒店等与报纸定向读者相关的发行渠道工作经历及业绩。
以上职位均需具有优秀的沟通能力、开拓能力和执行力。
五、执行主编、执行副主编(各1名)
1.热爱新闻工作，具有出色的英语交流及写作能力，熟悉英文媒体的运营流程;
2.具有5年以上相关从业经验并担任过管理类职务，善于激励并带领团队实现目标;
3.能适应长期上夜班并承受较强的工作压力。
六、编辑部主管(3名)
1.擅长新闻选题策划，具有出色的英语交流及写作能力，熟悉英文媒体的运营流程;
2.具有3年以上相关从业经验并担任过管理类职务;
3.能适应长期上夜班并承受较强的工作压力。
七、英语新闻记者/编辑(60名)
1.具有中国及世界其他国家大学本科及以上学历，有两年以上新闻工作经验;
2.新闻敏感性强，具备出色的英语听说读写能力，能独立撰写英文稿件;
3.能适应长期上夜班并承受较强的工作压力;
4.具有新闻传播、国际政治等相关学位，具有海外学习、生活经历，具有国际传媒机构从业经验者优先。
八、外籍专家(10名)
1.母语为英语;
2.有两年以上新闻从业经验;
3.懂中文者优先。

Seeking Native English-Speaking Editors for Newly Launched Newspaper
Global Times, a newly launched English language newspaper headquartered in Beijing, is looking for full-time, on-site native English-speaking copy-editors and sub-editors to strengthen its international team.
The paper offers a competitive salary package.The job falls mainly into four categories: 1) assisting the editorial board in setting goals and working on achieving them; 2) rewriting and copy-editing stories written by staff and from other media resources; 3) writing dynamic headlines, reading proofs and contributing ideas in story selection and layout and so on; 4) writing stories, columns, reviews and other assignments as may be required.
The ideal candidates should:
Be an excellent team person who can generate ideas and think creatively, be able to rewrite totally if needed and mentor junior staff;
Ideally be working or have worked in a position of responsibility and understand what leadership entails;
Have good news judgment and be able to work on shifts for different pages, sometimes under deadline, and usually have the last word before the page is sent to print;
Have had at least two year’s editing experience working on editing the news pages and be familiar with industry software;
Have a university degree in journalism or other related fields.
