Anti-Japanese of West Hunan People, A Large War Play, Was Filmed

  On September 18, 2006, the Anti-Japanese of West Hunan People , the first large TV play independently invested, made and directed by Golden Eagle Broadcasting System since it launched the plan for making and directing large films or movies, was filmed in Hongshilin Park, Guzhang County, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. It means that Hunan Broadcast & TV plays are striking forward another milestone of local filmmaking course in Hunan, and it is of important significance for program innovation and market transformation. The Play was scenarized by Sheng Heyu and directed by Gong Ruofei. This play is based on the 9·18 event in 1931 which is famous at home and abroad and clued by the large-scale invasion of Japanese army into China. It lively describes the story of how the people lived in Maxipu Town under Xuefeng Mountains for a long time to discard their old grudges and guard their home and the country and beat back the Japanese army. It is also the first long play of affirmatively describing the Hunanese’s resistance war against Japanese aggression.
