    I n 2 0 0 0 , H u n a n  S a t e l l i t e  T V  p u t i t s  c h a n n e l characteristics in "joyful, and wonderful" brand position.On October 19, 2000, the First China Golden EagleTV Art Festival"(hereinafter called Golden Eagle Festival)was held in Changsha, Hunan. Henceforth, the "ChinaTV Golden Eagle Award" with a history of 17 years wasexpanded to the periodically held "China Golden Eagle TVArt Festival" and it was purchased exclusively by HunanTV & Broadcasting Intermediary Co., Ltd. Thus, ChinaGolden Eagle TV Art Festival settled down in Hunanand Hunan Satellite TV sponsored and organized thisnationwide festival. From 2005, the Golden Eagle Festivalwas held once every a year. So far, Hunan Satellite TV hassuccessfully sponsored and organized six golden eaglefestivals and its brand effect has successfully entered intothe benign phase.
